Transportation

The Lutheran Home is fortunate to have several handicap transport vans.  The purchase of the vehicles was made possible through several major contributions.  The request for a social outing may be initiated by residents or family members.  The Care Plan team will be involved to ensure the resident needs will be met.

Please contact the Activity Department to discuss arrangements.  It is important to keep in mind that the transportation department is extremely busy; requests should be made at least thirty days in advance.
