High Point Foundation

Supporting the Services of the Lutheran Home at Kane

Board of Trustees

The High Point Foundation is the non-profit entity formed for the sole purpose of supporting the Lutheran Home at Kane. We honor and recognize the friends and benefactors who are committed to the same philosophies and ideals as our founders and who, through their generosity, seek to insure that the highest quality of care will be available for future generations.

Tree of Life

Pays tribute to the ongoing contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations, and businesses, regardless of the type or purpose of the gift. Leaves are engraved as specified by donor along with  crosses symbolizing the giving level.

Endowment Fund

A touch of immortality, the satisfaction of helping to continue and strengthen the services and programs of the Lutheran Home. These funds are intended to secure the future for generations to come.

 How Can I Give?

People give in a variety of ways. The Foundation receives memorials in memory or in honor of loved ones. Some like to give to a specific fund or department such as activities, chaplaincy, dietary, RCC, Alzheimer/Dementia, hair care, and/or resident fund.  We have annual events such as the Holiday Appeal and the charity golf classic. Others just like to give a general gift. The members of the Benefactor’s Society have chosen to designate the Foundation through planned giving. For more information about giving, please contact the Resource Development office at 814-837-6706 or email at barbh@lutheranhomekane.org
