"a Place to Go to Live"

High Point FoundationSupporting the Services of the Lutheran Home at KaneThe High Point Foundation is the non-profit entity formed for the sole purpose of supporting the Lutheran Home at Kane. We honor and recognize the friends and benefactors who are committed to the same philosophies and ideals as our founders and who, through their generosity, seek to insure that the highest quality of care will be available for future generations. Tree of Life
|
A touch of immortality, the satisfaction of helping to continue and strengthen the services and programs of the Lutheran Home. These funds are intended to secure the future for generations to come.
People give in a variety of ways. The Foundation receives memorials in memory or in honor of loved ones. Some like to give to a specific fund or department such as activities, chaplaincy, dietary, RCC, Alzheimer/Dementia, hair care, and/or resident fund. We have annual events such as the Holiday Appeal and the charity golf classic. Others just like to give a general gift. The members of the Benefactors Society have chosen to designate the Foundation through planned giving. For more information about giving, please contact the Resource Development office at 814-837-6706 or email at lindac@lutheranhomekane.org
