Resident Council

Residents have the right to organize and participate in resident groups.  The facility will provide privacy for meetings.  Staff and visitors may attend, by resident invitation.  The Social Service Manager and Activities Manager Co-chair and assist residents as needed.

Every effort is made to maintain communication with residents, staff and administration, and to give residents the opportunity to voice concerns, make suggestions, submit grievances and discuss policies.

       Invitations

The Council meetings are open to family members, friends and representatives of referral agencies, etc.  Grievances can be in writing or verbal and will be taken to the Administrator for action.
